    Description

      Install membase server 1.6.5.2r-1 on 4 windows 7 64bit
      Load 200K keys with size 2K.
      Create a cluster of 4 nodes.
      Remove a node from a cluster one by one and rebalace until only one node (52).
      At node 52, add node 53 to node 52.
      Rebalance. Failed
      Error: "Rebalance exited with reason wait_for_memcached_failed"
