[UI] Advise button does not provide recommendations

repro:
enable dp
load travel-sample
try to advise this statement:
SELECT * FROM `travel-sample` r JOIN `travel-sample` a ON r.airlineid = META(a).id WHERE r.sourceairport = "SFO"

ui shows the indexes being used but does not show recommendations

if you run the actual advise query
advise SELECT * FROM `travel-sample` r JOIN `travel-sample` a ON r.airlineid = META(a).id WHERE r.sourceairport = "SFO"
recommendations are given
