[UI-XDCR] The Information tag disappears when the browser size is reduced

SetUp a cluster using default configuration.

Click on XDCR option from the Menu and Click on 'Add Remote' when there's no remote cluster added or Click on 'Add Replication'  when there's a cluster added.

In Both the cases, the information about certain options like 'Enable Secure Connection' while trying to add remote cluster disappears when the browser size is reduced.

While Adding Replication using 'Add Replication' , click on Replication Filters and then decrease the browser size and the information tag on top of Deletion Filters disappears.
