Description
With NRU ephemeral buckets, it is common to have very high churn (and hence deleted items due to eviction) in the bucket.
One stumbling block and confusing behavior for users coming from memcached buckets is that ephemeral buckets need to store tombstones for DCP, leading to very high memory usage even if all items are deleted.
The minimum metadata purge interval that can be set (in a persistent, supported fashion) is 0.04 days (1 hour).
This is still too long for some use-cases and so the minimum purge interval could probably be relaxed for ephemeral buckets, with the usual caveats.
