[Jepsen] Jepsen test fails when there is network split in the cluster.

The jepsen test with network-partition fails in the checking phase of the test.

My initial investigation of the test shows that this is probably expected from couchbase point of view. But it could be that we are breaking the linearizibility of the database due to the network partition. Investigating this further to ascertain that we are doing everything as expected.

Raising this bug for tracking purpose and to investigate the failure further.
