[root@ip-10-0-51-159 ~]# /opt/couchbase/bin/couchbase-cli setting-alternate-address -h |
usage: couchbase-cli setting-alternate-address -c <cluster> -u <username> -p
[<password>] [-o <output>] [-d]
[-s] [--no-ssl-verify]
[--cacert CACERT] [-h] [--set]
[--remove] [--list]
[--hostname <host>]
[--ports <ports>]
Cluster options:
-c,--cluster <cluster> The hostname of the Couchbase cluster
-u,--username <username> The username for the Couchbase cluster |
-p,--password [<password>] The password for the Couchbase cluster |
-o,--output <output> The output type (json or standard)
-d,--debug Run the command with extra logging
-s,--ssl Use ssl when connecting to Couchbase
(Deprecated)
--no-ssl-verify Skips SSL verification of certificates against
the CA
--cacert cacert Verifies the cluster identity with this |
certificate
-h,--help Prints the short or long help message |
Configure alternate addresses:
--set Set external address configuration for the node |
--remove Remove external address configuration
--list Retrieve current alternate address configuration
for all nodes |
--hostname <host> Alternate address
--ports <ports> A comma separated list specifying port mappings
for the services |
any reason this isn't under the node-init command?
and does it not seem a little non-intuitive to specify the "cluster" but not the specific node you want to set?
