Replace all references to depreciated gocbcore functionality in backup

Since the release of gocbcore v7 backup/restore has been using some depreciated functionality from gocbcore; all the depreciated functions have been removed as of v8. All the references to depreciated functions should be replaced with the new functionality before updating gocbcore to v8 (which will be required for collections support).
