Alert for Cluster time out of sync

    Description

      We should have a poor man's alert for cluster time out of sync. I have noticed that when I have servers that don't have the time on all machines that the stats graphs are different. Having an alert that says system time out of sync, please run ntp on all cluster nodes would move people in a direction of having a better cluster and help them quickly diagnose issues related to stats graph differences.
