Setting Runtime Query timeout too high breaks Admin Query UI (tied to browser cache)

To recreate:

• From the query page on the Admin console ...
• Select preferences
• Set the Query Timeout to be very high (e.g. 999999999)
• Refresh the page
• You should see the 'Error retrieving list of buckets' message in the query editor.

Fix it by ...

• Opening dev tools in Chrome
• Select Application and expand local storage
• Select the URL 
• Delete the CouchbaseQueryWorkbenchState entry
• Refresh the page
