[Durability]: Memcached crashes with exit code #134 during replica update rebalance

      Build: 6.5.0-4089

      Scenario: (All doc_ops with durability=MAJORITY)

      1. 4 node cluster, couchbase bucket with replica=0
      2. Load initial 10K docs
      3. Update replica from 0 -> 1 and rebalance.
      4. Update replica from 1 -> 2 and rebalance

      Observation:

      Step #4 rebalance failed due to the Memcached crash on node-3 (10.112.191.103)
