Consider allowing internal users to be filtered for audit logging

    Description

      Currently it doesn't seem that we allow internal users such as @cbq-engine, @projector .... etc, to be filtered out / disabled from audit logging.
      Opening this improvement to open the discussion and tracking the implementation of this feature.
