No application log if all content are removed

    Description

      Build: 6.5.0-4321

      • create 2 node cluster kv,eventing
      • deploy bucket op handler 
      • load 100 docs check for destination bucket and logs
      • Delete all the content from application log
      • load 100 more doc , no logs in log file (Even though logs on UI has the new log messages)

      Workaround: Pause/resume will work and we can see logs in file.
