Ram usage changes from 30MB to 1.58GB on change the storage engine from couchstore to magma with no data present.

    Description

      1. Create a bucket and observe that with no data the RAM usage is 28MB
      2. Now change the storage engine to magma and restart couchbase-server:

      curl -i -u Administrator:password --data 'ns_bucket:update_bucket_props("default", [{extra_config_string, "backend=magma"}]).' http://localhost:8091/diag/eval
      		 
      service couchbase-server restart

      3. Observe that RAM usage is now 1.58GB
