cbcollect_info should collect distro version for Amazon Linux 2

    Description

      The usual places we get the distro from in cbcollect_info don't work for Amazon linux (as lsb_release isn't included by default). 

      A quick poke around shows that `/etc/system-release` seems to be the best place to get the long form pretty distro name from.

      cat /etc/system-release
      		 
      Amazon Linux release 2 (Karoo)
