[CX] Some metadata files are not forced to disk

Currently some of the indexes metadata files are not explicitly forced to disk. In case of a system crash before their data is persisted by the OS, this might result in multiple issues such as unnecessary rollbacks or the inability to read an index's metadata file which will make the service unusable in the node facing the issue. We need to explicitly force those files to disk.
