Storage backend resets to couchstore on restarting the server.

2. Restart server and verify that storage is set to magma

3. curl http://Administrator:password@localhost:8091/diag/eval -X POST -d 'ns_bucket:update_bucket_props("default", [

{extra_config_string, "magma_max_commit_points=0"}

])'

4. Restart server and verify that storage is set back to Couchstore
