Description
Users can use system:indexes to track the indexes. For users to give better control over tracking the indexes scheduled for background creation, expose these indexes via query interface.
GSI query interface should cleanly handle the calls like Build Index, Alter index etc. targeted towards the indexes scheduled for background creation.
