Cbbackupmgr Investigate if an error is passed up from forestdb if compaction fails

    Description

      Problems
      While looks at some logs, I noticed that compaction reported to complete successfully however there are errors in the logs from forestdb about running out of disk space. It does not seem to cause any issues as forestDB later detects that the .compact file is not correct and removes it.

      Expectations
      For cbbackupmgr to report that the compaction failed.

      Notes
      We had a similar issue before MB-36265. (It might also be the same issue)
