Unable to select Memcached buckets via 3.0 SDKs on CC

    Description

      With the Java sdk 3.0.1 (and also seen with LCB 3.0), I have been unable to select a Memcached bucket on a CC server (7.0.0-1345) - receiving an 0x83 error i.e. not supported. I understand that Memcached buckets do not/will not support collections but we should be able to select a bucket and use the default collection from the SDK to perform ops against.

      Ive attached the java logs with an example JavaSDK-CB7.0.0-1345-MEMD.log

       

      NB. Also seen on CentOS7. And this was likely occurring against earlier CC builds too.
