Description
Currently, the only mechanisms to alert a Couchbase user about events like auto-failover , metadata overhead being greater than 50% etc. is via email alerts (https://docs.couchbase.com/server/6.5/manage/manage-settings/configure-alerts.html).
It would be useful to have other mechanisms like SMSs, automated calls, Slack etc.
Perhaps a flexible alerting system would be the best approach for this.
