[BP MB-38035] - Creating design document using REST takes very long time to respond

    Description

      When creating a design document using the REST API (from the Go SDK) I'm seeing the server not respond to the request for around 300 seconds. After that time the response comes back with a 201 Created. I'm not seeing this behaviour against 6.0.3 which leads me to think that the request payload is valid but even if not the server shouldn't take that long to respond.
