    Description

Given a bucket without an index add the first index in the Query workbench, go to UI's Bucket page, select the bucket and try to add a N1QL WHERE - it will not be allowed until you refresh the browser. (this is a bug)

Refresh the browser, now go drop the index and return to the UI's Bucket page, select the bucket and you will be able to add a N1QL WHERE when you shouldn't - this is also fixed on a refresh the browser. (this is a bug)

I ha ve also seen this behavior when loading the `travel-sample` it drives me crazy I know there are indices and I want to put in type="airport" in the N1QL WHERE text box but sometimes it doesn't let me (once again a browser refresh is needed).
