Track N1QL query run time in code insight

Details

    Description

      Track time taken to execute N1QL (external waiting time) for handler code. At many initial customer rollouts, queries are taking a long time and there is no good way for people to inspect those times visually currently. Hence, tracking runtime will improve usability of eventing.
