cbbackupmgr '--archive' argument should be converted to an absolute path

    Description

      When performing operations on a local archive the '--archive' argument is required to be an absolute path (for the lockfile), however, we don't actually enforce this anywhere; we should attempt to convert provided path into an absolute path.
