CBM backup with flag --disable-data shows empty progress bar

The progress barr won't be filled if the --disable-data flag is used.
Instead of getting a progress bar of the form

[===============] 100%

as before we know get

[                            ] 100%

This is not a mayor issue more about aestherics but it sill should be looked into
