cbbackupmgr should unwrap errors that are displayed to users

All of the error handling added for native cloud support uses Go's new error wrapping; this means that errors propagated to the user can be quite lengthy. We should unwrap them before printing them to stdout (we should still log the full error for debugging purposes).
