FTS - Remove any collection specific meta fields values from index definitions

The collection specific "$scope_$collection" field is making into the index definition json today. Similarly the source Params are updated with the scope/collection details to which the DCP connections needs to be established.

This needs to be managed separately, without making an imprint on the index definition json.
