Remove the '--s3-bucket' argument in favor of use a schema for the '--archive' flag

Having a separate argument to supply the bucket for each cloud provider is excessive. We should replace it by adding a scheme to the archive path e.g. --archive s3://bucket/path-to-archive instead of using --s3-bucket bucket --archive path-to-archive.
