    Description

      The DCP Notifier connection is internal-only, unused and long been deprecated (since at least 2014 (https://github.com/couchbaselabs/dcp-documentation/commit/00e0eaebfeb7a1758cef849f6a2eae0869b5c2ed).

      We should remove it in Cheshire-Cat to reduce the code we need to maintain / DCP complexity.
