Defensive code in go-couchbase GetCount() and GetSize()

GetCount() and GetSize() have historically been a bit cavalier with how the gather and parse integers from KV stats, always returning an 'error parsing integer message' when things go wrong.
With collections things are even more fragile.
Handle errors better.
