Connecting external link created with full encryption and root certificate fails.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Create external link to remote couchbase cluster, with encryption flag set to "full" and with root certificate.

2) Create a dataset on the above mentioned link.

3) Try to connect the link.

4) Error is raised.
