stats output in collect_info doesn't try next bucket if [tap|hash|dispatcher] fails

The 'stats all' comes through fine for multiple buckets, but we only have the failures for 'tap', 'hash', and dispatcher. This first bucket is a memcached bucket, so it should not have those avialable...but the other buckets should be printed. I'm assuming there's something wrong in the stats gathering script.
