Add a custom conflict resolution type to the set of supported conflict resolution types (developer preview only)

    Description

      XDCR would like to ship a custom conflict resolution capability in developer preview mode in Cheshire Cat. This ticket tracks the following:

      • adding a "custom" type to the set of available conflict resolution types
      • only allowing custom conflict resolution to be set in Cheshire Cat and in developer preview mode
      • memcached should not error when informed of the new conflict resolution type
      • support for creating buckets with custom conflict resolution type in tools
      • UI should not break when displaying a bucket with custom conflict resolution - though it is not required that a bucket can be created with this type.
