[BP MB-28004] - Backlog shown as number of items in bucket when eventing application is deployed "from now"

      Browser: Chrome 63

      Observed that 'Backlog' shown on UI stats is number of items in bucket when eventing application is deployed "from now".

      Expected: If eventing application is deployed "from now" backlog should be zero as application is not going to process those mutation.
