    Description

      Add command \REFRESH_CLUSTER_MAP;

      This command is used to refresh the list of query endpoints that the cbq shell can connect to.
      How it works -
      ./cbq -engine "http:..."
      \REFRESH_CLUSTER_MAP;

      This uses the input server flag to discover query nodes.
      If you wish to use a different input start endpoint, use the connect command to switch, and then refresh the cluster map.

      If there is an error while refreshing the cluster map, the list of query endpoints does not get updated, and the shell session retains the previous list. Same for an incorrect input server flag (8093 instead of 8091)
