backup service: UX improvement on 'delete backup files'

    Description

      Another minor annoyance -

      -Create and archive backup repo

      -Delete archived repo

      -Hover mouse over "delete backup files" and see that it is clickable

      -Click

      -Get error message because the name has not yet been entered

      -Enter name and press return too quickly before noticing that the "delete backup files" never registered the click.
