[CX] Update external links documentation to urlencode credentials

Update external (and remote?) links documentation to url-encode credentials to ensure special characters are handled properly when creating/editing links.

Example:

A special character of "+" if not url-encoded is converted to a white space, and this results in invalid credentials.
