UI: XDCR Collections Use cases analysis

This MB is used as a place to have an ongoing discussion on use cases given an iterating UI improvements for the collections features. The purpose of this MB is so aid tracking of use cases and to make sure that the user's use cases are covered and thought through.

Each use case that may require more thoughts than optimal will be listed as a subtask underneath, and discussion may ensue.

Hopefully, through the discussions, we can see what works and what doesn't work as the final UI becomes more concrete.
