The URL that eventing gives us (devtools://devtools/bundled/js_app.html?experiments=true&v8only=true&ws=127.0.0.1:9140/00e00054-00dc-4088-8012-0056006f00f7), can't be pasted directly into the omni bar. The dev-tools must first be opened with "inspect" and then the URL pasted in.
