Query Work Bench: add support for new use_cbo query parameter

    Description

      A new query parameter has been introduced to control turning on/off CBO. The name of the parameter is "use-cbo" (or "use_cbo").

      In query work bench, under Settings tab, Advanced Query Settings, please add a new box for this new parameter. Valid values are "true" and "false". Maybe provide a drop down box with the two possible values for the setting. The default should be "true".

      Build 7.0.0-3065 and later contains the change for introducing this new query parameter.
