Incomplete Data ingestion from named KV collection to dataset

All documents in named KV collection is not getting ingested into dataset created on that KV collection. It is an intermittent issue and not reproducible everytime.

Steps to reproduce (these are just the steps using which I saw the issue)-

1. Create KV infra like - KV_bucket.kv_scope.collection.
2. Pump some data into the above created collection.
3. Create a dataverse with 2-part name.
4. Create a dataset on the KV collection created in step 1 under dataverse created in Step 3.
5. wait for ingestion to complete.
6. Verify number of docs in the dataset.
