views throughput regression

Query throughput (qps), 4 nodes, 1 bucket x 20M x 2KB, non-DGM, 4 x 1 views, 500 mutations/sec/node

Looks like there is a several throughput regression in views. The regression comes somewhere between build 7.0.0-2983 and 7.0.0-2995. Builds in between have issues and have been un able to test with them.
