Description
Durability :
transactional DML – supported
non-transactional DML – not supported
This is very inconvenient to customers and confusing.
How we going to handle the use cases or setting. Decision need to be made ASAP.
Example:
\set -durability_level "majority"; |
insert into default values("k01",{"a":1}); |
Are we need to raise error due to non-transactional DML. If we ignore user may think we enforcing durability.
Every statement set/unset these parameters is in inconvenient to customers.
