    Description

      Problem
      When a user want to restore data to a cluster managed by the Operator. They have to setup a cluster that is the correct size and has the correct services. This is time consuming and open to user error.

      Suggestion
      It would be nice on a restore if cbbackupmgr could to create the cluster automatically and then do the restore with the target is the Operator. This might not be possible but at the very least we should generate the YAML
