Integration with external Prometheus

    Description

      Ns_server should provide GET /metrics endpoint, that will return all the metrics for all the services on that node in Prometheus format.

      Optionally, it may be possible to configure the list of services whose metrics will be reported by GET /metrics. By default everything is reported.

      Optionally, we should provide an endpoint to generate file_sd_config
