Description
In community edition, we do not allow the option to change replication priorities, but the option is displayed in UI and fails silently when the user toggles it.
This issue is reported in : https://forums.couchbase.com/t/setting-xdcr-replication-priority-other-than-high-from-web-ui/27723/2
Expectation is that either the option be obscured in CE or we display an appropriate UI notification.
