Bucket ends up in orphan state after bucket_delete

    Description

      Build: 6.5.1-6292

      While trying to reproduce CBSE-8888 and while deleting the bucket ended up in this state.

      Setup details:

      1. Single node cluster
      2. Couchbase bucket with replicas=0

      cbcollect command also got stuck for long time. So manually zipped the contents for /opt/couchbase/var/lib/couchbase folder as "logs.tgz"
