[UI][Servers] CE - Backup service listed as an option to select in Add server dialogue

Servers --> Add Server --> Backup is listed as a selectable service in Add Server dialogue

When the node is initialized with IP address, error is thrown when backup service is selected and user hits Add Server button

If node is initialized with 127.0.0.1, dialogue closes when user hits Add Server button but the error is seen in the logs

Since we are not showing backup as a service in CE while setting up the cluster, we should keep it consistent and not show it in Add Server as well
