[UI][Security-XDCR Admin] User not able to select scope/collection level replication

    Description

      Created user with XDCR Admin role and login with the access.

      1. User can access document at bucket level, scope level error triggered.
      2. User while creating replication not able to select scope/collection.
      3. If there is no XDCR for scope/collection level, then it should copy data to _default while selecting Bucket name in replication , but in that case no mapping happened and error triggered.
