Query GUI - inferred knowledge of scopes/collections

The query gui is something which used to globally apply to all indexes/buckets.

From first glance the query UI is now locked down to a specific scope/collection, without letting the user know this.

e.g. there isn't any labeling of which bucket/scope is used, it's all inferred.
